|Recommended: YesEnjoy the environment neighbors — It is a nice new building with various preferred amenities. The walls are thicker than expected for apartments spaced with such close proximity to one another, we literally cannot hear a thing from neighbors. There are some very friendly doggos. The managers host fun community events that provide a great setting to meet your neighbors. All in all I would say it's a great place to live in Portland

|Recommended: YesMost comfortable apartment home I have ever lived in — The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the property itself is clean, energy efficient and welcoming. They also love pets. Many neighbors have fur babies that are well behaved and adorable. There is a 24 hour gym, bike storage and even a dog washing station.
The units are open with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The appliances are updated stainless steel, the flooring is fantastic and the walls insulate from both noise and outside temps.
There is construction going on next door and I can't hear it at all. Its a very peaceful and serene community. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for the right home.
